BASIC SUBFRAME:

•   Made of Hot Rolled Channels, 152x76, with fabricated crossmembers
•   Drum bearing supports are bolted to the mixer auxiliary frame

DRUM RIVE:

•   Stepless adjustable MKF hydraulic pump (Belle Hydraulics)
•   MKF Hydraulic motor (Belle Hydraulics)
•   ZF Planetary Gearbox P3301 @ 6m³ P4300 @ 8m³ P7300 @ 10m³
•   Electrical system 12-24V
•   Oil cooler with temperature control
•   Propshaft cover from Chassis Gearbox to Motor

MIXING DRUM:

•   Mixing drum with x2 bolted inspection manholes
•   Mixing spirals made of high-tensile wear steel
•   ZF Drum locking pin on gearbox
•   Rotational direction: Clockwise & Anti Clockwise
•   Manhole - 680mm Diameter
•   Spirals in 5mm S355JR
•   Paddle
•   Wide spiral 2.8 windings, Quad spiral @ discharge point

FOLDING LADDER:

•   Bolt on To Top platform with safety cable

INLET HOPPER:

•   Removable for easy replacement , wear doubler added

DISCHARGE HOPPER:

•   Removable for easy maintenance

DISCHARGE CHUTE:

•   Standard Angle @ 30° discharge, adjustable to 180°

SWING FLAP:

•   Locked on discharge chute with adjustable handle

1 EXTENSION CHUTE:

•   Stored on Mudguard, 1M & 2 M options available

CHUTE ADJUSTMENT:

•   Mechanical Hand Crank

WATER SYSTEM:

•   Volumetric capacity 190 litres with Level Gauge.
•   Pressurized control valve, feed from truck directly
•   x2 Water connection points provided A & B
•   A : Connection point @ Top of Ladder platform
•   B : Connection point @ Bottom of Ladder for easy cleaning

CONTROL:

•   Electrical diesel speed adjustment (EDC) from the rear operating stand, electric straps.

MECHANICAL CONTROL:

•   Lever operation permits for both directions of rotation, infinitely variable speed control of mixing drum from 0 to 14 rpm in case of Electrical Failure.

PRIMER COATING:

•   Subframe, Cradles & Shell cleaned & Primed in Etch Grey

PAINT COLOUR:

•   Subframe painted Black to suit chassis
•   Front & Rear Cradles painted Battleship Grey
•   Shell Painted to 1 off requested colour

•   Adaption of sub-frame to suite chassis
•   2 x Rear tail light clusters (x4 3-in-1 Combos + x1 Fog + 1x Reverse)
•   Reverse Buzzer
•   Subframe & Shell spill plates
•   Serial plates
•   Reflective tape
•   Mudguards ( Stainless steel or Mildsteel)
•   Mudflaps ( Mounted to Bumper )
•   Underrun bumper
•   Extension chute mounting brackets and hooks
•   Rear chevron board and Reflectors as per NRCS requirement
